The fuel pump delivers high-pressure fuel to the sub manifold to ensure continuous fuel supply to the fuel injector.

The fuel pump is made up of an electric motor, a pressure limiter and a check valve. The motor is actually working in the fuel of the oil pump shell. There is no worry about it because there is nothing inside the shell that can be ignited. The fuel can lubricate and cool the fuel motor, the oil outlet is equipped with a check valve and the pressure limiter is located on the pressure side of the oil pump shell. It has a channel that leads to the inlet of the oil.

ZYB ignition booster fuel pump is suitable for transporting diesel, heavy oil, residue, fuel oil and other medium. It is especially suitable for the fuel pump of the burners in Luqiao engineering mixing station. It is an ideal product to replace the imported products. ZYB type booster fuel pump is not suitable for conveying liquid with high volatilization or low flash point, such as ammonia and benzene.

The pressure of the tubing is called "residual pressure".

The maximum oil pressure of the fuel pump is dependent on the standard of the pressure limiter. If the pressure of the fuel pump exceeds the predetermined pressure, the pressure limiter will open the bypass to flow the fuel back to the inlet of the oil pump.
