Plunger type electric fuel pump
sensors introductionPlunger type electric fuel pump
Because of the high cost of electric centrifugal booster pumps, many small single wing aircraft\'s fuel systems use electric plunger pumps as auxiliary fuel pumps for fuel systems. The plunger pump is usually installed in parallel with the engine driven diaphragm fuel pump in order to supply fuel to the engine individually or jointly.
The plunger fuel pump belongs to the pulsating pump. It consists of a South electromagnetic coil, a plunger, a calibrating spring and 2 one-way valves (net 9 - 14). The electromagnetic coil is wound around a brass tube that connects 2 oil cavities. The spring of the calibrating spring pushes upward to the plunger, and the electromagnetic force of the coil pushes down the plunger. A one-way valve is installed in the middle of the plunger part, and the other is installed in the middle of the bottom of the brass pipe extension section of the oil inlet chamber.
When the plunger pump is not energized, calibrating the spring force pushes the plunger upward along the brass tube, and the plunger will attract the magnet to touch the contacts through the pivot. After energizing, the current flows through the electromagnetic line through the contacts to generate electromagnetic force, and the plunger is sucked downward into the coil part. At this point, the fuel in the B chamber passes through the one-way valve to the upper flow plunger. When the plunger is moved to the middle of the electromagnetic coil, it will no longer attract the magnet, the contact will skip, and the electromagnetic coil will be cut off. The electromagnetic force disappears. At this time, the calibrating spring pushes the plunger, and the C chamber fuel is extruded to feed the engine. At the same time, the fuel from the fuel tank is pumped into the A chamber, and then enters the B cavity through the bottom one way valve to prepare for the next oil supply cycle.
If the engine receives all the output of the pump, the pump pulsating frequency is very high, but if the engine vaporizer shutter shutter is closed, or the fuel between the carburetor and the pump is under pressure, the pump will be in a low speed pulsation state.
What is Electricity meter
An electric meter or energy meter is a device that measures the amount of electrical energy consumed by a residence, business, or an electrically-powered device.
Electric meters are typically calibrated in billing units, the most common one being the kilowatt hour. Periodic readings of electric meters establishes billing cycles and energy used during a cycle.
In settings when energy savings during certain periods are desired, meters may measure demand, the maximum use of power in some interval. In some areas, the electric rates are higher during certain times of day, to encourage reduction in use. Also, in some areas meters have relays to turn off nonessential equipment.
Code Search Tips
Code Search Tips:
Click on the product pages(auto oxygen sensor & motorcycle oxygen sensor), you could easily find the search engine as below.
OPTION1: Select a Car Producer
1.Click on the scroll arrow and select a car brand.
2. Click \"SEARCH\" button
OPTION2: DIRECT SEARCH
1.Type in the OEM CODE or OXSEN CODE directly in the blank.
And click \"SEARCH\"
2.Note: Type in code WITHOUT SPACE
E.g.: Search for BOSCH CODE
\"0258986501\" instead of \"0258 986 501\"
The page would come out as below, then click on the Part No.(in color red) for detailed info.
How to Use Watt Hour Meters
A watt-hour meter is an ingenious device that can tell you exactly how much electricity is being used by whatever is plugged into it. These devices can go a long way towards helping you discover which appliances are using an excess of electricity and help you get educated about ways to conserve your energy consumption.
Step 1: Plug the device you are monitoring for usage into the watt-hour meter.
Step 2: Plug the watt-hour meter into the wall outlet.
Step 3: Look at the display. The meter will immediately indicate on its digital display how much electricity the device or appliance is using. Depending on the make and model of the device, it may indicate both the line voltage and how much kWh the device is using. Most models have a built-in memory that records electricity use, allowing users to monitor certain appliances over a period of time.
The fuel pump delivers high-pressure fuel to the sub manifold to ensure continuous fuel supply to the fuel injector.
The fuel pump is made up of an electric motor, a pressure limiter and a check valve. The motor is actually working in the fuel of the oil pump shell. There is no worry about it because there is nothing inside the shell that can be ignited. The fuel can lubricate and cool the fuel motor, the oil outlet is equipped with a check valve and the pressure limiter is located on the pressure side of the oil pump shell. It has a channel that leads to the inlet of the oil.
ZYB ignition booster fuel pump is suitable for transporting diesel, heavy oil, residue, fuel oil and other medium. It is especially suitable for the fuel pump of the burners in Luqiao engineering mixing station. It is an ideal product to replace the imported products. ZYB type booster fuel pump is not suitable for conveying liquid with high volatilization or low flash point, such as ammonia and benzene.
When the rotor disc rotates, the roller is pressed outward by centrifugal force, like a rotating oil seal, the rotor rotates, the rotor is rotating, the pump works, the fuel is inhaled from the inlet, and the fuel is pressed into the fuel system from the outlet. When the oil pump is closed, the check valve of the oil outlet is closed to prevent the fuel oil through the oil pump to flow back to the tank and check the valve maintained burning. The pressure of the tubing is called \"residual pressure\".
The maximum oil pressure of the fuel pump is dependent on the standard of the pressure limiter. If the pressure of the fuel pump exceeds the predetermined pressure, the pressure limiter will open the bypass to flow the fuel back to the inlet of the oil pump.
